- 230 gr butter
- 175 gr good quality chocolate
- 200 gr sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 65 gr all-purpose flour + extra for dusting

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Butter a 8" x 8" dish and coat lightly with some flour.
- In a small pot, melt butter and chocolate over medium-low heat, stirring well until you obtain a nicely blended and silky mixture.
- Remove the chocolate-butter mixture from the heat and add the sugar and the vanilla extract.
- Add the eggs and mix well.
- Fold in the flour.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
- Bake in the oven for about 45-55 minutes or until the brownie is dry on top.
- Let it cool and cut into squares.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream.
