This green juice is not only healthy and full of nutrients but it is also delicious. Make it for breakfast or an afternoon drink. It will definitely satisfy you on a hot summer day.

Instructions
  1. Juice the apples, spinach, cucumber, pineapple and lemon. (Make sure to press the spinach tightly in between the apples in order to extract the maximum amount of juice).
  2. Place the banana and avocado in a blender, followed by the juice and the ice-cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and silky.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
