Instructions
- Juice the apples, spinach, cucumber, pineapple and lemon. (Make sure to press the spinach tightly in between the apples in order to extract the maximum amount of juice).
- Place the banana and avocado in a blender, followed by the juice and the ice-cubes.
- Blend until smooth and silky.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
