Tuna & Cream Cheese Pinwheels

These are an absolute family favourite. Ideal as an afternoon snack and so much fun to make with the kids. You can also serve these with a salad or soup, for a light lunch.

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Line your baking sheet with oven paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the tuna, dill, lemon zest, garlic powder, tomato, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Unfold the puff-pastry and spread evenly with the cream cheese. Scatter the tuna mixture on top.
  4. Roll the dough into a log and trim the ends.
  5. Using a sharp, serrated knife, carefully slice the log into 8 pinwheels.
  6. Arrange the pinwheels on your prepared baking sheet. Brush them with the olive-oil and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Enjoy 🙂
