Ingredients
- 1 sheet store-bought puff pastry
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 160gr can of tuna drained
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 small tomato deseeded and diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Line your baking sheet with oven paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the tuna, dill, lemon zest, garlic powder, tomato, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Unfold the puff-pastry and spread evenly with the cream cheese. Scatter the tuna mixture on top.
- Roll the dough into a log and trim the ends.
- Using a sharp, serrated knife, carefully slice the log into 8 pinwheels.
- Arrange the pinwheels on your prepared baking sheet. Brush them with the olive-oil and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
